Raymond Olguin, 20, of 1317 E. 16th, died on arrival at Amarillo Emergency Receiving Center after a woman shot him twice in the neck and chest on NE 20th near 3609. The woman, in her late teens or early 20s, told police he attacked her with a knife before she drew a gun and fired. Neighbors heard shots. relatives heard a motorcycle noise. The suspect was being questioned as police pursued details of the confrontation.

Gas Tax Hike Aims At Waste And Conservation
