Jury selection finished Tuesday afternoon for the trial of Ella Mae Binning charged with the December 1963 hammer slaying of her 5 year old son. Testimony to begin at 9 a.m. in 47th District Court at Randall County Courthouse in Canyon.

It urged regional VA offices in every state and noted disagreements over helicopter taxi subsidies.
