In Enid Oklahoma on May 9 a fourth murder charge was filed in Justice John Gettel’s court against Dr Guy Brewer of Garber. He is accused in the death of Myrtle Rose age 21 daughter of Mr and Mrs John Rose who died near Ponca City on December 23 1931. Brewer remains jailed in Garfield County and has not sought arraignment on the first charge.
