Chrysler Corp may not reopen any of its 14 Detroit plants Monday after a local union refused to cooperate. Pickets at Dodge Local No 3 blocked access for maintenance workers and halted inter-plant transportation, delaying production. The union prohibits UVAW-CLO members from entering until the new contract is ratified in upcoming elections.
