Thunderstorms moved across the Canadian River area with a ground tornado spotted west of Shattuck Oklahoma at about 7 50 p m causing no reported damage. Hail the size of golf balls fell along the Canadian River north of Miami. A funnel cloud near Perryton swirled before the storm settled. The National Weather Service issued a tornado warning for Roger Mills County and a tornado watch for the Northeastern Panhandle. Temperatures forecast to reach upper 70s with a slight chance of more storms through Tuesday.
