Three Die in Area Wrecks
Three people died in three one car crashes on Plains highways Saturday and Sunday. Doyle Wayne Williams, 24, of Pampa, died at Highland General Hospital after his car left State Highway 152 near White Deer Creek bridge. His vehicle skidded during a rain and rolled about 40 feet into a ravine. Funeral services are planned in Plainview with burial at Plainview Memorial Park. A second fatality occurred ten miles northeast of Clayton New Mexico on State Highway 18 at 6:15 a.m.
