In Twin Falls Idaho 13 year old Timothy Williams was shot in the chest by a fragment from a ball point pen used as a rocket. He recovered after surgery to remove pen casing from his pulmonary artery. Timothy says he and friend Stanley McMillan had built several rockets in a garage experiment.
