Algeria lowers crude price as Libya and Nigeria expected to follow
Oil sources in Dubai say Algeria cut its crude price by 21 cents to $11.75 a barrel from $11.96. They foresee Libya trimming to about $11.50 and Nigeria matching the same move as Western demand weakens. Abu Dhabi last week cut its best crude by 55 cents to spur output.
