Jury Delays Diane Pappas Kidnapping Trial Over Mental Reports

The federal case against Diane Pappas for kidnapping Randy Caskey was delayed as conflicting mental health reports prompted Judge Joe B. Bull Rider Tossed During Amarillo Rodeo Show
