Mrs. J. T. Green widow of Amarillo pioneer furniture dealer died at a local hospital after a brief illness. Funeral at 11 this morning at 1321 Harrison Street with Dr. R. Thomson officiating. Body to Corsicana for burial beside her husband. Survived by three sons James and Richard Green of Amarillo and Charles Green of Shamrock, two daughters Mrs Louise Teel and Catherine Green, one sister Mrs W M Elliott, and seven grandchildren. Blackburn-Shaw in charge. She lived 34 years in Amarillo and helped found Green Furniture Company later McAfee Furniture Company.

Crossing Crash Claims Fifth Victim in Oklahoma
In Vinita yesterday a Frisco Firefly passenger train hit a 1929 car at a downtown crossing. Mrs Minerva Smart of Catale Oklahoma died today in Vinita Hospital bringing the death toll to five including Theodore Smart 32, Katie Smart 16, Montgomery Johnson 4 and Billie Johnson 6. The locomotive traveled about 70 miles an hour and hurled the car 150 feet from impact.

Rickenbacker Injured After Eastern Airliner Crash
