McDonald vows mandamus action over certification

McDonald intended to file a mandamus to force the committee to certify his name. Thieves Take 16820 From Bailey County Farm Home

Bailey County officers and Texas Rangers investigated a major burglary at Ed Bellar’s farm home near Muleshoe. A strongbox containing 14840 cash and 1900 in war bonds plus deeds was stolen after a back door glass was broken. Sheriff Freeman and deputies worked with Rangers in Lubbock and Austin.
