In Chicago on Monday Frank B B Harriman John M Tassar and C L Ewing former Illinois Central officers and Joseph F Biker were arraigned to answer charges of extensive padding of repair bills alleged to have concealed embezzled funds totaling about a large sum. Harriman was once general manager, Tassar general storekeeper and Ewing general superintendent. Baker was superintendent of machinery at the time.
