Man Killed In Ditching Accident Near Masterson
A 46 year old Jones Oklahoma man and heavy equipment operator for Shamrock Constructors of Dodge City Kansas died when a ditching machine overturned on him near Masterson at about 2 pm Wednesday. Bryan Talmadge Jay Billings had lived in Sunray recently and died at the scene. An autopsy was planned in Amarillo. He was born in Sulphur Oklahoma.
