District Attorney Tom Curtis will review testimony from the Homeyer case and seek other agency investigations into the death of 85 year old Willie Homer Homeyer ruled a homicide by Justice of the Peace Cliff Roberts. A pathologist testified heart failure from a collapsed lung and fractured ribs caused the death after a beating June 13 at Medi-Park Care Center. The body was exhumed for autopsy and a contested death certificate cited a beating.

Fred B Douglas a 54 year old upholsterer from Costa Mesa was jailed in Yucca Valley on 250000 bond facing charges of attempted serious harm conspiracy and solicitation to film snuff scenes.
