Fishing targets rainbow trout channel catfish crappie and bass.

Jodrell Bank England AP Bernard Lovell said Apollo 11 and Luna 15 boost U S Soviet space cooperation noting U S superiority in a vital space area. He said Soviet reception to collaboration may soften as they can no longer claim mastery. Lovell said Luna 15 was tracked to an apparent crash landing.
Panhandle residents remain tense after the murder of 24 year old Elsa Romo Nickell. Autopsy says she died from suffocation by a pillow. Her husband Bill Nickell is a primary suspect though authorities urge caution. Sheriff Nunn and Chief Teague warn of a dangerous suspect and advise extra home security.
