Steven Linn, an 18 year old Temple University pre dental student, planned to stay on the beach overnight in Malaga New Jersey. About 1 30 a m the 200 pound cement block surrounding him cut off circulation and he asked friends to chip him out. They freed him and he went home for a long hot shower. Nomination Plans Aired for Constitution Party Nominees
The Constitution Party opened its presidential nomination to any candidate promoting constitutional government after Gov. George C Wallace withdrew. About 200 delegates from 20 states attend the national convention opening Tuesday. Texas chairman Jack Carswell said the nomination is wide open. Wallace will speak at the Downtown Music Hall at 8 p.m. under Citizens Council of America Texas, Inc., on States Rights and Local Government. A small admission fee will be charged.
