Thunderbolt Strikes Nash Couple in Plainview
During a recent thunderstorm Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Nash were severely shocked by lightning. Mrs. Nash stood at the door of the Nash building while Mr. Nash stood nearby near a light globe. A ball of fire struck the concrete walk between them, scattering fragments as both were affected. Mr. Nash suffered severe shocks and Mrs. Nash was unconscious for a time and still affected by the electricity.
