Small Business Gets Relief From OSHA Paperwork Burden
The Labor Department will exempt 3.4 million small businesses from OSHA record keeping forms starting in 1978 and cut paperwork for larger firms by half, saving about 100 million dollars annually. The move marks the first major paperwork reduction under the Carter administration.

Slaying Victim and Suspect in Spearman Case
