Austin July 19 The Texas Railroad Commission signaled a three zone approach for the Panhandle gas field to enforce the new proration law. Zones include Wheeler County and parts of Gray County as a 180 acre per well unit, a middle zone around 320 acre units, and a western zone with large tracts. Total sweet gas output limited to market demand about 486000 to 512000 cubic feet daily plus field uses.
