SPACE CENTER Houston AP three lunar rookies are set to land on the moon Sunday. Two are men Neil A Armstrong and Edwin E Aldrin Jr. The third is the lunar module Eagle a fragile two piece craft that carries them to the surface and back. The mission aims to accomplish what has never been done before fly away from the moon with the crew safe.
Eleven House Agriculture Committee members begin a Texas Panhandle swing visiting the Randall County Feed Yards south of Amarillo and Swisher County Electric Co op in Tulsa. They then tour farms near Dimmitt Hereford Holly Sugar Missouri Beef Packing Plainview and Baker Castor park before a reception in Pampa. Delegates return to Washington Sunday.
