Amarillo Man Dies in Temple Army Truck Crash
Jasper C. Barnwell 4243 W 9th, a National Guard member, died at 6:55 a.m. in McClosky General Hospital Temple from injuries after an Army truck overturned near Temple Saturday night. Three other Amarillo men were injured. Pfc Billy J Taylor 19 remained hospitalized. The crash occurred at 11:20 p.m. on State Highway 95 ten miles south of Temple during an authorized trip for the 36th Infantry Division summer camp at Fort Hood.

Airliner Wrecks At Midway In July Crash
