Frameup Between UMW And Operators Charged

Washington July 9 A warning that coal operators face criminal penalties for signing John L. Lewis wage contract was voiced by Representative Hartley as Southern operators capitulated and signed. The Iron Age predicted steel price gains and miners hailed the deal despite concerns over rising living costs. Director Henry F.
