Farm death in Roosevelt County electrocution near Arch
Rod Neal aged 37 died Wednesday after being electrocuted while wiring a fertilizer pump into a sprinkler well box at his farm northeast of Arch, about 16 miles east of Portales. The accident occurred around 11:30 a.m. officials said. Neal helped with the Arch Volunteer Fire Department. His body was found by his wife before 2 p.m. No comment from family was available.
