Mrs. Ivadell Loftin an 18 year old Orange Texas bride of four weeks was shot three times in the breast at her mother's home by her former suitor H M Alsup 80 who then killed himself. Two persons were seriously injured and more than twenty sustained minor bruises when an express and fast passenger train crashed head on at Greta seven miles north of Refugio.
