Ann Arbor police arrested a 28 year old man named Ernest R Bishop Jr also known as Junior Bishop on a preliminary charge of premeditated murder after two officers brought him in around 1145 p m Sunday in connection with a series of seven killings of young women in southeast Michigan over two years.
