A bandit armed with a blue steel pistol robbed Hudson O Co at 605 NE 8th around 8 40 p m Friday forcing attendant Eugene Wood 30 to walk two blocks to Lincoln and 10th where about $50 was taken from the attendant while Wood kept his own money. The robber ordered Wood north up Lincoln then north two blocks and made him stop before leaving with the cash. Wood described the bandit as large and curly haired and noted no cash register in the station.
