Amarilloan Flight Officer Dies in Texas Crash

Flight Officer Odean R. Millman, 28, son of Mrs. M S Ozier of Amarillo, died in a medium bomber crash 12 miles north of Poteet during a training flight. Two officers and two enlisted men were killed. Millman had served nearly four years, earned his wings January 4, trained at Williams Field, and was stationed at Del Rio after time at Pearl Harbor and Carlsbad. Funeral arrangements are pending.
