Railroads Likely Blocked From Rate Injunction
Chicago June 30 Indications the railroads would be denied an injunction to stop the Interstate Commerce Commission from enacting lower grain rates in the western territory were contained in the findings of facts and conclusions of law filed by a three judge United States district court. Farm Board Sets Monthly Wheat Sale Cap For New Crop Year

Muleshoe Baker killed in Clovis truck collision
Hugh T. Kennedy a Muleshoe Texas baker was killed when his car crashed into a Shipley brothers truck at Clovis New Mexico. Kennedy died shortly after being transported to a Farwell physician. The drivers of the truck were uninjured.
