Elevator Collapse Kills Two Borger Men at Phillips Refinery
Two Borger men, Monte Halli 21 and Russell Jeeter 19, died when an elevator collapsed at the Phillips Petroleum Co refinery near Borger. Both workers were employed by Fish Construction Co.
