Two Ex-Cons Held In Kansas City Kidnapping
Two California ex convicts were held in the weekend kidnapping of 23 year old Wandra Smalley daughter of a New Mexico state senator. Richard C. Banish and Robert Henry Runge were arrested with Smalley seized at knife point in an Albuquerque motel and taken to Kansas City. Banish faces a kidnapping trial with a $33 000 bond set. Runge detained after being suspected by the FBI as the investigator.

Bid Opening Set for Canadian River Dam Costs
