FTC Grants $4 Million Land Refunds in Western Developments
The Federal Trade Commission announced the largest consumer refund in its history totaling $4 million for buyers of land in California City Colorado City and Cochiti Lake. Purchasers from Jan 1 1972 through this week are eligible to receive 20 percent of their paid principal with funds held in escrow for distribution within 30 days.
