Hamilton Brothers Honored With Amarillo Trophy
Kenneth and Jimmy Hamilton were honored posthumously in Amarillo during the Golden Gloves finals at City Auditorium. Marine corps members and the Amarillo High Sophomore Choir participated as Bobby Wilhelm of Pampa received the Kenneth and Jimmy Hamilton trophy for outstanding high school competitor light weight. The trophy will reside in Amarillo High for five years before going to the Hamiltons' parents.
