EDINBURG January 26 Dr L J Montague a prominent Rio Grande Valley physician was found not guilty of murder in the roadside slaying of his wife. The verdict came after a brief 10 minute retirement period. Mrs Montague owner of valley motion picture theaters was killed last April while sitting in a car with a Dallas salesman who was wounded. Montague claimed the shooting was accidental and aimed at the salesman.

Youths Indicted in Potter County Robbery Case
