Changes Seen In Farm Plan Washington

Death claims aged Colorado pioneer

R. H. Looney, 84, a retired lawyer, banker, rancher and former mayor, died in Colorado. Funeral plans were incomplete pending word from his children. Burial tentatively scheduled for Tuesday. Survived by widow and five children: Hunter Looney, Mrs. Marcus Snyder, Mrs. H. B. Lindsay, J., Mrs. E. H. Rowley, and Mrs. L. B. Thomas. Looney served as Mitchell County's second judge in 1882.
