Austin Tex Jan 26 One hundred twenty eight counties have signed with the State Highway Commission for maintenance of state designated roads in charge of the maintenance engineer Leo Ellinger. Thirty five counties use the department own equipment and operate the work under the highway department with contracts in eleven more counties bringing the total to 174.
