Two Elevators Burn at Dumas

Two elevators owned by the Praser Grain Company of Hereford were destroyed by fire of unknown origin early this morning in Dumas Jap. 25. Loss and damage were estimated at 175,000 dollars. About 70,000 bushels of wheat were inside the elevators. salvage may reach one third. Two freight cars on adjacent Santa Fe tracks were also lost.

Army To Return Surplus Funds
