Two Women Die After Texroy Plant Fire
Borger January 17 two women died from severe burns suffered in a Tuesday gas pipeline rupture and blast at the Texroy booster plant near Borger. Mrs Cora Alexander 42 and Mrs C A Juanita Ross 40 died today at North Plains Hospital. two others Mrs W D Ross 32 and Linda Gene Osteen 5 remained in critical condition. Two frame homes were destroyed and a third damaged. Services for Mrs Alexander will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the First Assembly of God Church with burial at Highland Park Cemetery.

Amarillo police plan to distribute a sketch of a suspect in the Friday armed robbery of Buddy's supermarket at 10th and Georgia. The gunman, described as 5 foot 2, wore clothing recovered five miles north of Clarendon. He was aided by a 6 foot 2 accomplice. The drawing was prepared with help from three supermarket employees who witnessed the $2,700 holdup.
