Man Burned by Exploding Heated Can on Memphis Highway
Memphian F. St 4b, living on a farm along the Memphis Wellin highway, was badly burned when a heated can exploded morning. Clothing ignited and he was dragged from the water, burning face and hands. He was rushed to Memphis hospital for emergency care then taken to his daughter Mrs Clyde Holt's home on N Ninth street. The doctor reported he was resting well this afternoon.
