Missing Woman Found Along Amarillo Canyon Highway
Mrs. Barnhill who vanished Wednesday while en route to the post office was found semiconscious and cold along the highway between Amarillo and Canyon by passing motorists. She was brought to Amarillo and left at the Post Office Drug Store, telephoning her daughter. She recalled foggy memories of the night spent at a farm home and being picked up. The husband thanked the motorist who brought her home.

Foul play feared in disappearance of Uvalde pastor
The Rev. J. A. Lacy, pastor of First Oeana church in Uvalde Texas, vanished after leaving his home to attend a presbytery meeting in Brownsville. Investigators report he rode a bus to San Antonio where a driver recalls him alighting there.
