Richard Mayer by his mother Elida Mayer filed in 47th district court a $50000 suit against Montford Johnson and son H T Jr for injuries to the 15 year old in a November 25 1937 crash at Western Avenue and Gem Lake Road. Several teens in the Johnson car were seriously hurt. Attorneys Fischer and Fischer represent the plaintiff.
