A Reeves County grand jury indicted Billy George Roberts for assault with intent to murder in a gunfire chase that terrorized Dr and Mrs Rupert Lundgren as they drove toward New Mexico. Roberts, 29, fired about 40 rounds at speeds up to 110 mph on U.S. 285 near Pecos, saying he disliked their passing.
