Fire Fatal in 12 Foot Square Theater Operating Room
L L Hickson a 27 year old motion picture machine operator died in a fire at the Dorothy Theater Huntsville. The operating room 12 feet square burned quickly trapping him as patrons left. Theater owner Sam Parish was burned slightly while attempting rescue. The fire did not spread to other theater areas and the room was locked, delaying access.
