The Weather Bureau reports cloudy conditions in Amarillo and vicinity with a shift to partly cloudy by Thursday afternoon and again Friday. West Texas will be partly cloudy Thursday and Friday with no significant temperature changes. Temperatures range from a high of 46 to a low around 23 yesterday, with trace precipitation in the 24 hours ending at 4 PM. Sunrise is 7:53 AM and sunset 5:42 PM.
