An Air Vietnam DC6B crashed near Cam Ranh Bay while approaching Nha Trang on Monday, exploding on the left wing near an engine. The plane then leaped off the runway into a school and homes, killing at least 30 and injuring many. about 60 were unaccounted for. Seven crew survived.
