Four Hurt in Head On Crash East of Muleshoe
Four persons were injured in a two car collision on U.S. Highway 70 twelve miles east of Muleshoe. Mrs Apuliano Salazar is in critical condition with chest injuries and a broken arm. Also injured were her husband their 10 year old granddaughter Bernice Flores and Mrs Joe Lane all listed in fair condition. The Salazars were bound for Portales New Mexico while the lanes were traveling to Earth to visit relatives.
