Special to The News Austin August 13. The Texas Highway Commission says new emergency federal public works projects have been approved. They span Hill County Highway 2 grading, Archer County Highway 66 surfacing, Jack County Highway 6 surfacing and bridge work, Hunt County Highway 24 grading and concrete pavement, Hartley County railroad overpass on Highway 5. Earlier ground had Cook Denton Lubbock Travis and Brazoria counties. Total cost about 850 000.
