Skelly produces oil east of Cadman site in Moore County

Skelly Oil Company reports a new No. 1 Armstrong well in Moore County, located in the Freeman Brazemore Survey. The well produces about 6 barrels per hour from 3,177 to 3,197 feet and lies roughly 3,000 feet east of Cadman and Martin No. 1 Sneed. A second well, Reeder No. 1, shows potential but averaged 90 barrels daily with 10 barrels of water last week, while gas lift tests caused declines. The discovery trend suggests a continuing stretch from Ban Ford Paramount pool across Canadian River into Oil City and beyond toward the Oklahoma Panhandle.
