James Poe Summers, 35, of 1966 Seminole, was killed when the plane he piloted crashed in a vacant lot near 27th and Osage about 830 p.m. Thursday. Witness Charles Lightfoot, 24, said the left wing struck the ground during a low altitude pass over the Paradise Lounge.
