New Trial Denied in Sacco and Vanzetti Case
A Boston court, August 8, denied a new trial for Nicola Sacco and Bartolomeo Vanzetti and took under advisement their petition to revoke sentence and stay execution. Judge Webster Thayer refused a second request for a new trial, but will consider the revocation and stay plea filed after defense and prosecution conference. Justice George A.
