Plane Crash En Route to Dalhart Claims Pilot
A blue and white plane bearing N1459P crashed about 30 miles east of Albuquerque after takeoff at 9 25 a m from Albuquerque en route to Dalhart to refuel. Pilot Jay Kindle of Independence Missouri was killed. The search by Texas and Kansas began at noon with weather delaying aerial efforts and investigators continuing late yesterday.
